New to the area. I called them cause my brakes were grinding and Gary said to drop off the car tomorrow morning and he would squeeze me in, then said if I could drop it off this afternoon he would look at it in between. Sent me an estimate an hour after having the car and then sent me a text a little after 5pm and said it was done. He even came to my house to pick me up so I didn't have to walk in the snow. I will be a forever customer and always suggest them for mechanical work!!

I consider myself more knowledgeable than the average person about my car. I've done a number of repairs on it myself, mostly maintenance, but a few bigger tasks as well. Every experience where either me or my family have gone to Coenen Auto Tech has been phenomenal. Gary is one of the best mechanics I've ever spoken with, and is honest and a good guy on top of that, too. The work they do is impeccable, and I will definitely go for any projects that are way above my head. You just don't find mechanics better than these guys.

I had an emergency where the oil was leaking out of my oil filter and i was supposed to leave for a trip within a few minutes of finding out! I called and Gary and Jake were able to drive over to my house within a half hour and tow my car to their shop. They did the oil and filter change right away to make sure my car was road safe and was able to still leave. Quite simply amazing service and i will be back!

Phenomenal service and quality work. Called about an issue I was having with my car. Two days later I was driving it again issue free, and that's with having to order a part. They were down to earth and honest, and didn't try to sell me on a list of other things like dealerships are known to do. They found the issue and got it fixed. Simple as that.
